KLArt.co.uk (Karen Loughridge Fine Art) understands the value of your personal information and we respect your right to privacy. We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. This commitment includes protecting the personal information that we obtain from you:
1. Information We Collect Generally: Unless you provide information voluntarily, we will not collect any personal information about you when you visit http://www.klart.co.uk If we ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, our request to do so will be specific. If you register to receive our newsletters, or purchase items from our eShop, we will ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number. Paypal administers all our payments on our behalf so we will never directly ask you for credit card information, nor do we have access to it. If we want you to provide additional information, we will explain why we need the additional information and how it will be used at the time of the request.
Email From You: You may email messages to us that will contain your screen name and email address along with any additional information you may wish to include in the text of your message. Third Parties: We may receive personal information from select third parties in order to fulfill orders for products, or to facilitate your receipt of one of our newsletters.
Website Usage Information: Our web server automatically collects and aggregates information about your visit to http://www.klart.co.uk including your IP address, service provider, browser type, domain names of referring websites, operating system, pages accessed on our website, and the date and time of your access. This information is not personally identifiable. We analyze this aggregated information in an effort to optimize your experience and enhance your time spent with us online.
